Please compress larger file with “Win rar software” and then send it.
Please to upload files with FTP software.
You can choose several ways to transfer files. Please call to confirm whether upload after transmission.


※   We suggest that the file naming English or number, avoid uploading fail.
If the file is larger than 200MB, we suggest you using upload software.
Before upload files , you have to fill in the customer table and you can apply to the user name and password.




To use IE web to type ftp://211.79.117.16/,and then press the Alt key to select view. Opening FTP site in File Explorer, and press the right button to select "Log on as" at the blank space with username, password.
Please contact the customer service staff to obtain a copy of account password.

In case the file could not be uploaded, or that you use IE8 version of your web browser doesn’t support FTP network upload files. Please use the FileZilla Client Client software or other FTP upload software to transfer files.

To copy the file to CD or DVD and sent it to SDT(No.28, Ln. 50, Minsheng Rd., Shengang Dist., Taichung City 429, Taiwan


The file is less than 5MB can be directly used send mail to staff. (Please call to confirm.)
Browse to select the file, and press the Submit to send Customer Service.
